Payment as follows for friends and family:
10% deposit of the total reservation at time of reservation. 100% refundable if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within the 30 days prior to the arrival date and the 10% deposit will be forfeited.
40% payment due 30 days prior to arrival date. Balance due upon arrival.
